Cancellation policy

How and when you can change or cancel a visit, a subscription or your Club membership.

Cancellations

How cancellations work

All visit edits and cancellations are done through your user dashboard.

If a single or Domestina Club visit must be cancelled:
  • A single visit can be cancelled without penalties up to 48 hours before 00:00 on the date of the visit.
  • If a visit must be cancelled less than 48 hours before 00:00 on the date of the visit, a cancellation fee of 15 € will be charged.
  • Visit cancellations after 19:00 on the day before the visit are not possible. Regardless of whether the client can use the service or not, it will be charged in full.
If a FIX subscription visit must be cancelled:
  • Clients get one free event cancellation once they start a new subscription. They get one more cancellation for every 4 passed visits, and can accumulate up to 3 free cancellations.
  • In case the client has reached the limit of the free visit cancellations or there are less than 2 days before the date of the visit, a cancellation fee of 15 € will be charged.
  • Visit cancellations after 19:00 on the day before the visit are not possible. Regardless of whether the client can use the service or not, it will be charged in full.
If a FIX subscription must be cancelled:
  • Clients can cancel a subscription without a fee any time. If the next visit of the subscription cannot be canceled for free as described in the previous section, then a fee of 15 € will be charged.
In case of Domestina Club membership cancellation:
  • You can cancel Domestina Club at any time without penalties
In case of a payment failure for one of your visits:
  • You will be notified by email, what is the reason for the payment failure.
  • Our system will try to charge your card every day until you cancel the visit or the amount for the visit is successfully charged.

If the amount for the visit can’t be charged before 17:00 on the day prior to the visit, your visit will be cancelled and all the fees coming from this cancellation will be applied.
