Frequently asked questions

What are the financial conditions?
Domestina charges a 15% fee on every finished cleaning. Fees are calculated every Monday for the previous week and charged to your bank card on the Tuesday.
Can I choose when I get bookings?
Yes. You have complete control over your schedule. Set which days and hours you’re available on the platform, and block out dates too, for example when someone is on holiday.
Can I cancel a booking from Domestina?
No. Once you receive a booking from a client, failing to service it will badly affect your rating or lead to removal from the platform.
How do I know I have a booking?
You’re notified straight away of a new booking, with the full details in your admin panel on domestina.es.
